    Visit a major house and be welcome by a local small producer

    8:00/08:30 Depart from your hotel with your english speaking driver who will lead the tour !
    After 1:30 of drive , guided tour of one of the most famous champagne houses in Reims and its underground
    chalk cellar Taittinger, Moet & chandon, veuve clicquot to discover step by step technical
    wine making “from grape to champ agne” through pressing, first fermentation, blending, bottling,
    second fermentation, remuage, disgorgement, corking and finally labelling.
    You will taste Two glasses of champagne the end of this tour .
    At about 11:30 After the visit , you will discover the exceptionnal world heritage of Unesco :
    Notre Dame Cathedral of Reims where french Kings were crowned and the palais de Thau ,
    residence of the bishops and then the archbishops of Reims, this palace is now the museum of the architectural
    onstruction of the cathedral as well as of Saint Remi Basilique.
    A table can be booked at the Jardins de Crayeres or l'assiette Champenoise (3 star michelin )( subject to avaibility the day of your reservation, let me know
    Afternoon Drive to Epernay to cross the Famous street of Champagne and be welcomed as friends by the owner of local small house .
